Why is it that some people can bounce back from challenges however others see them as negative or stressful problems? Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is the leading practical method for helping you simplify and control your thoughts and feelings on life, relationship, self and work issues.

The saying "Don't believe everything you think" is entirely relevant for learning CBT, as the techniques help you create more realistic, proportional, positive and helpful thoughts. CBT skills offer a structured, logical method for quickly and easily working through the often illogical emotions, thinking, language patterns or communication issues that reduce job performance or hinder relationships. More helpful and positive actions and behaviours then naturally follow, creating more positive feelings each day! We could have also called this course CBT for Happiness :) however more people can relate to stress more easily, when navigating from a challenging situation.

Our unique, inspirational CBT training programs enable you to learn how to apply CBT for overcoming any stress-related situation, avoidance or procrastination behaviours that cause prolonged suffering or mental/emotional anguish. Emotional Health is incredibly important. In a study of clinically depressed patients, it was discovered that 12 weeks of cognitive therapy (which involves reframing a person's thought processes) worked better than drugs, as changes were more long-lasting than a temporary fix. Patients who had this training in optimism had the ability to more effectively handle future setbacks.

Course Tuition is a £120 including CBT Handbook, certificate of completion and 30mins post-course support call with the Trainer within first month of course completion.
